COVID-19 UPDATE - Shipping – Exchange and Returns Update
Due to the Global situation we are all experiencing, our regular 24 hour shipping is being extended to 2-3 days.
Working with a limited staff, any exchanges and returns will be processed after April 30th, 2020.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may bring to you and we value you as our customer.

Puerto Rico orders cannot be returned and are considered finale sale.
When returning items, please remember these three rules:
If the items you ordered are not what you expected in size or style, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange on your order.
If return is made after the 15 days deadline ( counting from the day you received the merchandise ) there will be a $5 restocking fee.
Returned clothing must be in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, and stains. Please make sure the tags are still on the product.
All sales are final. We do not refund or exchange any items. The only reason you can return an item, is if it is defective or does not match its description on the website.
There is a flat $5 Restocking fee that is subtracted from the refund amount if you do not have authorization to return an item.
